Dr. Merrill Matthews and Edward M.L. Peters to Discuss Key Policy Challenges of Medical Loss Ratio

Presentation at AHIP’s National Policy Forum in Washington DC

The Medical Loss Ratio is creating significant challenges for health insurers and producers.  This session will identify some of those challenges, demonstrate how eliminating waste and improving efficiency can lower admin costs to acceptable levels, and discuss some of the needed PPACA policy changes that would address some of the problems created by the MLR.
